退/貨須知

如有退/換貨需求,請於收到商品7天內聯絡客服人員,並提供「姓名」、「訂單編號」、「連絡電話」、「退貨商品名稱」、「退貨原因及照片」等資料,客服人員收到後將會協助您進行退換貨。

退貨商品須為未經使用,且無非人為瑕疵所造成的污損、故障,消保法保障 7 天鑑賞期僅供您猶豫並確認商品是否符合您的需求,並非商品的試用期;請保留完整的原始包裝(含外包裝紙盒),否則恕不接受退貨。

換貨僅限於商品有瑕疵或損壞的情況下,我們提供更換商品。

Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide the following information:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Contact number

  • Name of the product to be returned

  • Reason for return (with photos)

Returned items must be unused and free from any damage not caused by manufacturing defects. According to consumer protection laws, the 7-day appreciation period is for evaluating whether the product meets your needs and is not a trial period. Please retain all original packaging (including outer shipping box); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges are only accepted for items with defects or damage. In such cases, we will replace the product for you.
